That's what I'm talking about Jay, I'm looking for input on this.
I wanna know why, when, how and where.
Seriously, I've seen so much of this and that I think we are all going to hell in a handbasket

Dwelling in the land

OK, here's something that's been a big question on the back of my mind, and it was brought to the forefront again during a discussion. In Joshua 22 the children of Reuben, of Gad and half the tribe of Manesseh built and altar as a witness but the rest of the Israelites misunderstood it's importance ...

clearly implies is just another way of people saying "my theory is better than yours" I'm so done with sword play, it's juvenile. wow, long article, too bad it got posted as an arguement pro or con one way or another. This thread was intended strictly to look for evidence of what Rood uses...

I searched for counsel and wrong in e-sword and came up empty. But counsel and wicked brought up a few. Basically in Job and Psalms were several references to "counsel of the wicked" and the context looks to me to be the badness of consorting with the wicked (ie lawless) for life's wisdom....

you don't show up on my friends list, but gin still does, and her page still works. As far as a social site, until I set my invite thing to need either a last name or my email address to send a friend request, I got so many 'bot' requests for stripper types it was amazing. Now that's fixed. Basicall...

Wow, I thought I was bad for spewing before thorough research, looks like I should join the staff at that site, I'd fit right in and get lots of excersize jumping to conclusions. Chuck, you seemed to have understood what I was asking for, ex...

It's why I'm exempt from SS stuff. Don't want it, don't want to pay in.
Government is for infrastructure, not social services.
Yeah, I'll probably get bashed for that statement

Michael Rood on lunar sabbath

I'm not asking for anyone to jump down my throat here, I'm not opening a discussion for any debate either way in this particular thread. What I am asking for is how in the world co they prove astronomically and mathematically when the sabbath was 2000 years ago? How is this possibe, and what sources...

OK, now I am confused. Yes, you are right, I didn't put as much study into it as I should have, and Chuck worded it much better than I could have. I guess then the greek must be a translation from a semetic language, thus all the confusion.. I know, I know, many say it was written in Greek originall...

Have you studied the context of that word use? Is the wine put into old bottle new or renewed? Was Yahushua laid into a new or renewed tomb? Do you patch an old garment with a new or a renewed peice of cloth? Any new covenant was a new covenant, I'll stand by that, it's only reasonable. Because the ...

well, look at the example of Yahushua, didn't he drink wine both at the pesach meal and on the stake? Don't look at me, I'm no expert, it does seem wine has gone with pesach for a long time with no one seeing an apparent contradiction. Now, I know that tradition is a foolish way to set precedent, bu...

I eat 'em occasionally, but I prefer olives, similar texture, better taste :-)
I'm sure mushrooms have been around many years before Moshe, yet Torah didn't address this. Technically the spores are seed.....
