Hi Kathy,

If you don't mind, would you tell us what belief of yours caused EliYah to remove you. If you'd rather not, it's OK; i'm just being nosey.

If we believe the day begins at sunrise and say "and then came evening and then came morning" in other words YHWH did His work that day then came evening - which came after the work period - and then came morning - which came after the night or sleep period, we have major problems because...

Chuck, I noticed you had started a topic on Eliyah's page, under the His Timing forum. I've posted a reply there, which you may or may not find interesting. I don't think I can cut and paste it, so I can't put it on here. (Unless I type the whole thing out again, but its easier to redirect you. Yea...

Re: Yes, it is interesting.

I have studied this topic in depth as well and I still ponder and meditate on the lack of mentioning evening and morning in the seventh day. I would love to see if anybody has been blessed with an understanding. My thinking is that since the daily cycle had been well-established by the descriptions...

I have shot down the above speculation so often that it really should've died by now. I don't even need to repeat myself, since anyone can simply read the Ex.13:6 in context, and see how wrong Arnold is. p.s. Arnold, your "cute" little Signature about Lunar Sabbaths being "provable&qu...

Responses to Calendar Studies?

Is it permissible to post Responses to the Studies in this part of the forum, or is this section EXCLUSIVELY for posting studies?

I have 3 Responses pending, but didn't want to break the rules.

LBDW, I agree. I am glad to be on a forum where we can openly discuss this issue without fear of biased censorship. Hi Eriq, Speaking of censorship, i just noticed that EliYah has deleted both your post and mine under the new topic of "A small step concerning Sabbath", even though we didn...

My thinking is that the Creation "days" in Gen.1 were from dawn to dawn, but the order was changed later, at the Exodus. Since we're focusing on Gen.1 right now, i'll explain the "later" later.

Hey Chuck, Quick thought - - if'n the weekly Sabbath was on the 17th that would also made the 10th a Sabbath also, right? Now if one had to purchase a lamb or goat because he did not have flocks of his own how would he have purchased it on the Sabbath? Also, is there any provisions in Scriptures fo...

CONCLUSIVE NON-lunar Sabbath

This is to briefly present a conclusive non-lunar Sabbath in Scripture, that is, the weekly Sabbath of (or just before) Yahshua's resurrection. In Mt.12:40, Yahshua declares that He will be in the "heart of the earth" 3 days & 3 nights. Jonah 2:2 interprets this as being the "Grav...
