Debarim 19:16-20
16 “When a malicious witness rises up against any man to accuse him of turning aside, 17 then both men who have the dispute shall stand before Yahuah, before the priests and the judges who serve in those days. 18 “And the judges shall diligently search and see if the witness is a false witness, who has falsely accused his brother, 19 then you shall do to him as he thought to have done to his brother. Thus you shall purge the evil from your midst. 20 “And let the rest hear and fear, and never again do this evil matter in your midst.

DISFELLOWSHIP

Romans 16:17-18
Now I call upon you, brothers, watch out for those who cause divisions and stumbling, contrary to the teaching which you learned, and turn away from them. 18 For such ones do not serve our Master Yahusha Messiah, but their own stomach, and by smooth words and flattering speech they deceive the hearts of the innocent.

2 Thessalonians 3:6
6 But we command you, brothers, in the Name of our Master Yahusha Messiah, that you withdraw from every brother who walks disorderly and not according to the tradition which you received from us.

1 Timothy 6:3-5
3 If anyone teaches differently and does not agree to the sound words, those of our Master Yahusha Messiah, and to the teaching which is according to reverence, 4 he is puffed up, understanding none at all, but is sick about questionings and verbal battles from which come envy, strife, slander, wicked suspicions, 5 worthless disputes of men of corrupt minds and deprived of the truth, who think that reverence is a means of gain – withdraw from such.

2 Timothy 2:19
However, the solid foundation of Elohim stands firm, having this seal, “Yahuah knows those who are His,” and, “Let everyone who names the Name of Messiah turn away from unrighteousness.”

2 Timothy 4:5
But you be sober in all matters, suffer hardships, do the work of an evangelist, accomplish your service completely.

2 Timothy 3:5
having a form of reverence but denying its power. And turn away from these!

2 Corinthians 6:14-18
14 Do not become unevenly yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership have righteousness and lawlessness? And what fellowship has light with darkness? 15 And what agreement has Messiah with Beliya'al? Or what part does a believer have with an unbeliever? 16 And what union has the Dwelling Place of Elohim with idols? For you are a Dwelling Place of the living Elohim, as Elohim has said, “I shall dwell in them and walk among them, and I shall be their Elohim, and they shall be My people.” 17 Therefore, “Come out from among them and be separate, says Yahuah, and do not touch what is unclean, and I shall receive you. 18 “And I shall be a Father to you, and you shall be sons and daughters to Me, says Yahuah the Almighty.”

2 Yohanan (John) 1:9-11
9 Evryone who is transgressing and not staying in the teaching of Messiah does not possess Elohim. The one who stays in the teaching of Messiah possesses both the Father and the Son. 10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house nor greet him, 11 for he who greets him shares in his wicked works.

1 Timothy 5:20
Reprove those who are sinning, in the presence of all, so that the rest also might fear.

1 Timothy 6:20-21
O Timothy! Watch over that which has been entrusted to you, turning aside from the profane and empty babblings and contradictions of the falsely called ‘knowledge,’ 21which some, having professed it, have missed the goal concerning the belief. Kindness be with you. Amen.

1 Corinthians 5:13
But Elohim judges those who are outside. And put away the wicked one from among you!

Ephesians 5:6-11
6 Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these the wrath of Elohim comes upon the sons of disobedience. 7 Therefore do not become partakers with them. 8 For you were once darkness, t but now you are light in the Master. Walk as children of light – 9 for the fruit of the Spirit is in all tovness, and righteousness, and truth – 10 proving what is well-pleasing to the Master. 11 And have no fellowship with the fruitless works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

Mattithyahu (Matthew) 7:6
6 “Do not give what is set-apart to the dogs, nor throw your pearls before the pigs, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces.

Titus 3:10-11
10 Reject a divisive man after the first and second warning, 11 knowing that such a one has been perverted, and sins, being self-condemned.

YirmeYahu (Jeremiah) 4:3
3 For this is what Yahuah said to the men of Yehudah and Yerushalayim, “Break up your tillable ground, and do not sow among thorns.

Mishle (Proverbs) 21:16
16 A man who strays from the way of understanding, Rests in the assembly of the dead.

Proverbs 22:24-25
24 Make no friendship with one given to wrath, And do not go with a man of rage, 25Lest you learn his ways, And find yourself ensnared.

Naves Topical Dictionary uses these verses under the topic of Excommunication:

1 Corinthians 5:5
deliver such a one to Satan for destruction of the flesh, in order that his spirit be saved in the day of the Master Yahusha.

1 Timothy 1:20
Among these are Humenaios and Alexander, whom I delivered to Satan, in order to be taught not to blaspheme.

1 Corinthians 15:33
Do not be led astray, “Evil company corrupts tov habits.”

2 Thessalonians 3:14
And if anyone does not obey our word in this letter, note that one, and do not keep company with him, so that he is put to shame.

2 Timothy 3:1-7
Trustworthy is the word: If a man longs for the position of an overseer, he desires a tov work. 2 An overseer, then, should be blameless, the husband of one wife, sober, sensible, orderly, kind to strangers, able to teach, 3 not given to wine, no brawler, but gentle, not quarrelsome, no lover of money, 4 one who rules his own house well, having his children in subjection with all reverence, 5 for if a man does not know how to rule his own house, how shall he look after the assembly of Elohim? 6 Not a new convert, lest he become puffed up with pride and fall into the judgment of the devil. 7 And he should even have a tov witness from those who are outside, lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.
