1 Corinthians 11:3
And I want you to know that the head of every man is the Messiah, and the head of woman is the man, and the head of Messiah is Elohim.
Colossians 1:18
And He is the Head of the body, the assembly, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that He might become the One who is first in all.
Colossians 3:18
Wives, subject yourselves to your own husbands, as is proper in the Master.
1 Kepha 3:1-9
In the same way, wives, be subject to your own husbands, so that if any are disobedient to the Word, they, without a word, might be won by the behavior of their wives, 2 having seen your blameless
behavior
in fear. 3 Your adornment should not be outward – arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on dresses – 4 but the hidden Man of the heart, with the incorruptible ornament of a meek and peaceable spirit, which is of great value before Elohim.
5 For in this way, in former times, the set-apart women who trusted in Elohim also adorned themselves, being subject to their own husbands, 6 as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him master, of whom you became children, doing tov, and not frightened by any fear.
7 In the same way, husbands, live understandingly together, giving respect to the wife, as to the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the
kindness of life, so that your prayers are not hindered. 8 To sum up, let all of you be like-minded,
sympathetic, loving as brothers, tenderhearted, humble-minded, 9 not returning evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary blessing, knowing that you were called to this, in order to inherit a blessing.
Titus 2:3-5
The older women likewise are to be set-apart in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of what is tov, 4 in order for them to train the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, 5 to be sensible, blameless, workers at home, tov, subject to their own husbands, in order that the word of Elohim is not evil spoken of.
1 Timothy 1:18
This charge I entrust to you, son Timothy, according to the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you might wage the tov campaign,
2 Timothy 4:3
For there shall be a time when they shall not bear sound teaching, but according to their own desires, they shall heap up for themselves teachers tickling the ear
YeshaYahu 30:10
Who say to the seers, “Do not see,” and to the prophets, “Do not prophesy to us what is right. Speak to us what is smooth, prophesy deceits.
Acts 20:28
“Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Set-apart Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the assembly of Elohim which He has purchased with His own blood.
Romans 12:6
Now having different gifts, according to the kindness which was given to us, let us use them accordingly: if prophecy, according to the proportion of belief;
1 Corinthians 13:2
2And if I have prophecy, and know all secrets and all knowledge, and if I have all belief, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am none at all.
1 Timothy 4:14
Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the elderhood.
Romans 11:29
For the gifts and the calling of Elohim are not to be repented of.
1 Corinthians 12:5, 28
5 There are different kinds of services, but the same Master. 28 And Elohim has appointed these in the assembly: firstly emissaries, secondly prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, ministrations, kinds of tongues.
1 Corinthians 7:17
Only, as Elohim has distributed to each one, as the Master has called each one, so let him walk. And so I order in all the assemblies.
1 Corinthians 14:3
But he who is prophesying speaks upbuilding and encouragement and comfort to men.
Ephesians 4:11,12
And He Himself gave some as emissaries, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as shepherds and teachers 12 for the perfecting of the set-apart ones, to the work of service to a building up of the body of the Messiah,
Romans 13:1,2
Let every being be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from Elohim, and the authorities that exist are appointed by Elohim. 2 So he who opposes the authority withstands the institution of Elohim, and those who withstand shall bring judgment on
themselves.
2 Thessalonians 3:6, 11, 12
But we command you, brothers, in the Name of our Master Yahusha Messiah, that you withdraw from every brother who walks disorderly and not according to the tradition which you received from us. 6 But we command you, brothers, in the Name of our Master Yahusha Messiah, that you withdraw from every brother who walks disorderly and not according to the tradition which you received from us. 12 But we command and urge such, through our Master Yahusha Messiah, to settle down, work and eat their own bread.
1 Kepha 2:13-15
13 Be subject to every institution of man because of the Master, whether to the sovereign as supreme, 14 or to governors, as to those who are sent by him for the punishment of doers of evil, and a praise for those who do tov. 15 Because such is the desire of Elohim, that by doing tov you should put to silence the ignorance of foolish men,
Luke 20:25
25 And He said to them, “Then give to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to Elohim what is Elohim’s.”
Yahuchanon 21:15-17
15 When, therefore, they had eaten breakfast,
Yahusha said to Shim'on Kepha, “Shim'on, son of Yonah, do you love Me more than these?” He said to Him, “Yea, Master, You know that I love You.” He
said to him, “Feed My lambs.” 16 He said to him again, the second time, “Shim'on, son of Yonah, do you love Me?” He said to Him, “Yea, Master, You know that I love You.” He said to him, “Shepherd My sheep.” 17 He said to him the third time,
“Shim'on, son of Yonah, do you love Me?” Kepha was sad because He said to him the third time, “Do you love Me?” And he said to Him, “Master, You know all, You know that I love You.” Yahusha said to him, “Feed My sheep.
1 Kepha 5:1-4
Therefore, as a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Messiah, and also a sharer of the esteem that is to be revealed, I appeal to the elders among you: 2 Shepherd the flock of Elohim which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but voluntarily, not out of greed for filthy gain, but eagerly, 3 neither as being masters over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock. 4 And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you shall receive the never-fading crown of esteem.
Yahuchanon 10:1-31
“Truly, truly, I say to you, he who does not enter through the door into the sheepfold, but climbs up by another way, that one is a thief and a robber. 2 “But he who enters through the door is the shepherd of the sheep. 3 “The doorkeeper opens for him, and the sheep hear his voice. And he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. 4 “And when he has brought out his own sheep, he goes before them. And the sheep follow him, because they know his voice. 5 “And they shall by no means follow a stranger, but shall flee from him, because
they do not know the voice of strangers.” 6 Yahusha used this figure of speech, but they did not know what He had been saying to them. 7 Yahusha therefore said to them again, “Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. 8 “All who came before Me h are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. 9 “I am the door. Whoever enters through Me, he shall be saved, and shall go in and
shall go out and find pasture. 10 “The thief does not come except to steal, and to slaughter, and to destroy. I have come that they might possess life, and that they might possess it beyond measure. 11 “I am the tov shepherd. The tov shepherd lays down His life for the sheep. 12 “But the hireling, and not being a shepherd, one who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees. And the wolf snatches the sheep and scatters them.
13 “Now the hireling flees because he is a hireling and is not concerned about the sheep. 14 “I am the tov shepherd. And I know Mine, and Mine know Me, 15 even as the Father knows Me, and I know the Father. And I lay down My life for the sheep. 16 “And other sheep I have which are not of this fold – I have to bring them as well, and they shall hear My voice, and there shall be one flock, one shepherd. 17 “Because of this the Father loves Me,
because I lay down My life, in order to receive it again. 18 “No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to receive it again. This command I have received from My Father.” 19 Again there came a division among the Yehudim because of these words, 20 and many of them said, “He has a demon and is mad, why do you listen to Him?” 21 Others said, “These are not the words of one possessed by a demon. Is a demon
able to open the eyes of the blind?” 22 At that time the Hanukkah came to be in Yerushalayim, and it was winter. 23 And Yahusha was walking in the Set-apart Place, in the porch of
Shelomah. 24 So the Yehudim surrounded Him and said to Him, “How long do You keep us in suspense? If You are the Messiah, say to us plainly.” 25 Yahusha answered them, “I have told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in My Father’s Name, they bear witness concerning Me.
26 “But you do not believe, because you are not of My sheep, as I said to you. 27 “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. 28 “And I give them everlasting life, and they shall by no means ever perish, and no one shall snatch them out of My hand. 29 “My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all. And no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand.
30 “I and My Father are one.” 31 Again the Yehudim picked up stones to stone Him.
Dani'el 6:4-13
4 Then the governors and viceroys sought to find occasion against Dani’el concerning the reign. But they were unable to find occasion or corruption, because he was steadfast, and no negligence or corruption was found in him. 5 Then these men said, “We shall not find any occasion against this Dani’el unless we find it against him concerning the law of his Elah.” 6 Then these governors and viceroys tumultuously gathered before the sovereign,
and said this to him, “Sovereign Dareyawesh, live forever! 7 “All the governors of the reign, the nobles and viceroys, the counsellors and advisors, have consulted together to establish a royal decree and to make a strong interdict, that whoever petitions any elah or man for thirty days, except you, O sovereign, is thrown into the den of lions.
8 “Now, O sovereign, establish the interdict and sign the writing, so that it is not to be changed, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which does not pass away.” 9 So Sovereign Dareyawesh signed the written interdict. 10 And Dani’el , when he knew that the writing was signed, went home and in his upper room with his windows open toward Yerushalayim he knelt down on his knees three times a day, and prayed and gave thanks before his Elah, as he had done
before. 11 Then these men tumultuously gathered and found Dani’el praying and entreating before his Elah. 12 Then they approached the sovereign, and spoke concerning the sovereign’s interdict, “Have you not signed a interdict that every man who petitions any elah or man within thirty days, except you, O sovereign, is thrown into the den of lions?” The sovereign answered and said, “The
word is certain, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which does not pass away.” 13 Then they answered and said before the sovereign, “Dani’el , who is one of the sons of the exile from Yehudah, pays no heed to you, O sovereign, nor for the interdict that you have signed, but makes his petition three times a day.”
Wayyiqra 18:3-5
3 ‘Do not do as they do in the land of Mitsrayim, where you dwelt. And do not do as they do in the land of Kanaan, where I am bringing you, and do not walk in their laws. 4 ‘Do My right-rulings and guard My laws, to walk in them. I am Yahuah your Elohim. 5 ‘And you shall guard My laws and My right-rulings, which a man does and lives by them. I am Yahuah.
Wayyiqra 20:23
‘And do not walk in the laws of the nation which I am driving out before you, for they do all these, and therefore I loathed them.
Acts 4:17-19
“But in order that it spreads no further among the people, let us strongly threaten them, to speak no more to anyone in this Name.” 18 And they called them and commanded them not to speak at all nor to teach in the Name of Yahusha. 19 But Kepha and Yahuchanon answering them, said, “Whether it is right in the sight of Elohim to listen to you more than to Elohim, you judge.
Acts 5:28
Ester 3:1-5
After these events Sovereign Ahashwerosh promoted Haman, son of Hammedatha the Agagite, and exalted him and seated him higher than all the princes with him. 2 And all the sovereign’s servants who were in the sovereign’s gate bowed and did obeisance to Haman, for so the sovereign had commanded concerning him. But Mordekai would not bow or do obeisance. 3 And the sovereign’s servants who were in the sovereign’s gate said to Mordekai, “Why do you disobey the sovereign’s command?” 4 And it came to be, when they spoke to him daily and he would not listen to them, that they told Haman, to see whether the words of Mordekai would stand – for he had told them that he was a
Yahudite. 5 And when Haman saw that Mordekai did not bow or do obeisance, Haman was filled with wrath.
2 Melakim 18:5-7
He put his trust in Yahuah Elohim of Yisra’el, and after him was none like him among all the sovereigns of Yehudah, nor who were before him, 6 and he clung to Yahuah. He did not turn away from following Him, but guarded His commands, which Yahuah had commanded Mosheh. 7 And Yahuah was with him – wherever he went he acted wisely. And he rebelled against the sovereign of Ashshur and did not serve him.

1 Kepha (Peter)5:1
Therefore, as a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Messiah, and also a sharer of the esteem that is to be revealed, I appeal to the elders among you:
2 Timothy 4:22
(As written in the King James, with Strong's (Name replaced))

1 Timothy 3:5, 8-13
5 for if a man does not know how to rule his own house, how shall he look after the assembly of Elohim? 8 Likewise attendants are to be reverent, not double-tongued, not given to much wine, not greedy for filthy gain, 9 holding to the secret of the belief with a
clean conscience. 10 And let these also be proved first, then let them serve, if they are unreprovable. 11 Wives in the same way: reverent, not false accusers, sober, trustworthy in every way. 12 Let attendants be the husbands of only one wife, ruling children and their own
houses well. 13 For those who have served well as attendants gain tov standing for themselves, and much boldness in the belief that is in Messiah Yahusha.
Titus 1:6-9
if anyone is unreprovable, the husband of one wife, having believing children not accused of loose
behavior, or unruly. 7 For an overseer has to be unreprovable, as a managing one of Elohim, not self-pleasing,
not wroth, not given to wine, no brawler, not greedy for filthy gain, 8 but kind to strangers, a lover of what is tov, sensible, righteous, set-apart, self-controlled, 9 clinging to the trustworthy word, according to the teaching, in order to be able both to encourage by sound teaching,
and to reprove those who oppose it.
1 Kepha 5:1b-4
I appeal to the elders among you: 2 Shepherd the flock of Elohim which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but voluntarily, not out of greed for filthy gain, but eagerly, 3 neither as being masters over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock. 4 And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you shall receive the never-fading crown of esteem.

2 Kepha 2:1-3
But there also came to be false prophets among the people, as also among you there shall be false teachers, who shall secretly bring in destructive heresies, and deny the Master who bought them, bringing swift destruction on themselves. 2 And many shall follow their destructive ways, because of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of, 3 and in greed, with fabricated words, they shall use you for gain. From of old their judgment does not linger, and their destruction does not slumber.

TsephanYah 3:1-5
Woe to her who is rebellious and defiled, the oppressing city! 2 She did not obey the voice, she did not accept instruction, she did not trust in Yahuah, she did not draw near to her Elohim.
3 Her rulers in her midst are roaring lions, her judges are evening wolves, they shall leave no bone until morning. 4 Her prophets are reckless, treacherous men. Her priests have profaned the setapart
place, they have done violence to the Torah. 5 Yahuah is righteous in her midst, He does no unrighteousness. Morning by morning He brings His right-ruling to light, it has not been lacking, yet the unrighteous one
knows no shame.
Yehezq'el 22:26-29
26 “Her priests have done violence to My teaching and they profane My set-apart matters. They have not distinguished between the set-apart and profane, nor have they made known the difference between
the unclean and the clean. And they have hidden their eyes from My Sabbaths, and I am profaned in their midst. 27 “Her leaders in her midst are like wolves tearing the prey, to shed blood, to destroy lives, and to get greedy gain.
28 “And her prophets have coated them with whitewash, seeing a false vision, and divining a lie for them, saying, ‘Thus said the Master Yahuah,’ when Yahuah had not spoken. 29 “The people of the land have practised
oppression, and committed robbery, and have wronged the poor and needy. And they oppressed the stranger without right-ruling.
Yahuchanon 10:1-16
“Truly, truly, I say to you, he who does not enter through the door into the sheepfold, but climbs up by another way, that one is a thief and a robber. 2 “But he who enters through the door is
the shepherd of the sheep. 3 “The doorkeeper opens for him, and the heep hear his voice. And he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. 4 “And when he has brought out his own
sheep, he goes before them. And the sheep follow him, because they know his voice. 5 “And they shall by no means follow a stranger, but shall flee from him, because they do not know the voice of strangers.”
6 Yahusha used this figure of speech, but they did not know what He had been saying to them. 7 Yahusha therefore said to them again, “Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. 8 “All who came before Me are thieves
and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. 9 “I am the door. Whoever enters through Me, he shall be saved, and shall go in and shall go out and find pasture. 10 “The thief does not come except to steal, and to slaughter, and to destroy. I
have come that they might possess life, and that they might possess it beyond measure. 11 “I am the tov shepherd. The tov shepherd lays down His life for the sheep. 12 “But the hireling, and not being a shepherd,
one who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees. And the wolf snatches the sheep and scatters them. 13 “Now the hireling flees because he is a hireling and is not concerned about the
sheep. 14 “I am the tov shepherd. And I know Mine, and Mine know Me, 15 even as the Father knows Me, and I know the Father. And I lay down My life for the sheep. 16 “And other sheep I have which are not
of this fold – I have to bring them as well, and they shall hear My voice, and there shall be one flock, one shepherd
MattithYahu 7:15-23
15 “But beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are savage wolves. 16 “By their fruits you shall know them. Are grapes gathered from
thorn bushes or
figs from thistles? 17 “So every tov tree yields tov fruit, but a rotten tree yields wicked fruit. 18 “A tov tree is unable to yield wicked fruit, and a rotten tree to yield tov fruit.
19 “Every tree that does not bear tov fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 “So then, by their fruits you shall know them – 21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Master, Master,’ shall enter into the reign
of the heavens, but he who is doing the desire of My Father in the heavens. 22 “Many shall say to Me in that day, ‘Master, Master, have we not prophesied in Your Name, and cast out demons in Your Name, and done many mighty works in Your Name?’
23 “And then I shall declare to them, ‘I never knew you, depart from Me, you who work lawlessness!’
MattithYahu 10:16-23
16 “See, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and innocent as doves. 17 “But beware of men, for they shall deliver you up to
Sanhedrins and flog you
in their congregations. 18 “And you shall be brought before governors and sovereigns for My sake, as a witness to them and to the gentiles. 19 “But when they deliver you up, do not worry about how or what you should
speak. For it shall be given to you in that hour what you shall speak, 20 for it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father speaking in you. 21 “And brother shall deliver up brother to death, and a father his child. And children
shall rise up against parents and shall put them to death. 22 “And you shall be hated by all for My Name’s sake. But he who shall have endured to the end shall be saved. 23 “And when they persecute you in this
city, flee to another. For truly, I say to you, you shall by no means have gone through the cities of Yisra’el before the Son of Adam comes.
Luke 10:3
“Go! See, I send you out as lambs into the midst of wolves.
MattithYahu 23
Then Yahusha spoke to the crowds and to His taught ones, 2 saying, “The scribes and the Pharisees sit on the seat of Mosheh. 3 “Therefore, whatever they say to you to guard, guard and do. But do not do according
to their works, for they say, and do not do. 4 “For they bind heavy burdens, hard to bear, and lay them on men’s shoulders, but with their finger they do not
want to move them. 5 “And they do all their works to be seen by men, and they make their t’fillen wide
and lengthen the tzitziyot of their garments, 6 and they love the best place at feasts, and the best seats in the congregations, 7 and the greetings in the market-places, and to be called by men, ‘Rabbi, Rabbi.’
8 “But you, do not be called ‘Rabbi,’ for One is your Teacher, the Messiah, and you are all brothers. 9 “And do not call anyone on earth your father, for One is your Father, He who is in the heavens.
10 “Neither be called leaders, for One is your Leader, the Messiah. 11 “But the greatest among you shall be your servant. 12 “And whoever exalts himself shall be humbled, and whoever humbles himself shall be exalted.
13 “But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! Because you shut up the reign of the heavens before men, for you do not go in, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in. 14 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! Because you eat up widows’
houses, and for a show make long prayers. Because of this you shall receive greater judgment. 15 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! Because you go about the land and the sea to win one convert, and when he is won, you make him a son of Gehenna
twofold more than yourselves. 16 “Woe to you, blind guides, who say, ‘Whoever swears by the Dwelling Place, it does not matter, but whoever swears by the gold of the Dwelling Place, is bound by oath.’
17 “Fools and blind! For which is greater, the gold or the Dwelling Place that sets the gold apart? 18 “And, ‘Whoever swears by the altar, it does not matter, but whoever swears by the gift that is on it, is bound by oath.’
19 “Fools and blind! For which is greater, the gift or the altar that sets the gift apart? 20 “He, then, who swears by the altar, swears by it and by all that is upon it. 21 “And he who swears by the Dwelling Place, swears by it and by Him who is
dwelling in it. 22 “And he who swears by the heaven, swears by the throne of Elohim and by Him who is sitting upon it. 23 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! Because you tithe the mint and
the anise and the cumin, and have neglected the weightier matters of the Torah: the right-ruling and the compassion and the belief. These need to have been done, without neglecting the others. 24 “Blind guides – straining out a gnat and
swallowing a camel! 25 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! Because you clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are filled with plunder and unrighteousness.26 “Blind Pharisee, first clean the inside of
the cup and dish, so that the outside of them becomes clean too. 27 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! Because you are like whitewashed tombs which outwardly indeed look well, but inside are filled with dead men’s bones and all uncleanness.
28 “So you too outwardly indeed appear righteous to men, but inside you are filled with hypocrisy and lawlessness. 29 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! Because you build the tombs of the prophets and decorate the monuments
of the righteous, 30 and say, ‘If we had lived in the days of our fathers, we would not have taken part with them in the blood of the prophets.’ 31 “Thus you bear witness against yourselves that you are sons of those who did
murder the prophets – 32 and you fill up the measure of your fathers! 33 “Serpents, brood of adders! How would you escape the judgment of Gehenna? 34 “Because of this, see, I send you
prophets, and wise men, and scholars of Scripture. Some of them you shall kill and impale, and some of them you shall flog in your congregations and persecute from city to city, 35 so that on you should come all the
righteous blood shed on the earth, from the blood of righteous Hebel to the blood of Zecharyah, son of Berechyah, whom you murdered between the Dwelling Place and the altar. 36“Truly, I say to you, all this shall come upon this generation.
37 “Yerushalayim, Yerushalayim, killing the prophets and stoning those who are sent to her! How often I
wanted to gather your children together, the way a hen gathers her chickens under her wings, but you would not!
38 “See! Your house is left to you laid waste, 39 for I say to you, from now on you shall by no means see Me, until you say, ‘Blessed is He who is coming in the Name of Yahuah!’ ”
Acts 20:28-31
28 “Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Set-apart Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the assembly of Elohim which He has purchased with His own blood.
29 “For I know this, that after my departure savage wolves shall come in among you, not sparing the flock. 30 “Also from among yourselves men shall arise, speaking distorted teachings, to draw away the taught ones after themselves.
31 “Therefore watch, remembering that for three years, night and day, I did not cease to warn each one with tears.

This Watch is set up for those people who feel that either assembly leaders or people in the assembly are exhibiting wolf-like behavior, possibly towards themselves or even others. They feel as if nobody is hearing them and there is no other place to turn. We ourselves have been in this position. We have had problems with leadership in assemblies to the point of disfellowship. Yet, even though we have approached them from a Scriptural standpoint to follow Torah and the Messiah's words in MattithYahu 18:15-17 where He was clarifying Debarim 19:15-20, assembly leadership refused to obey the Messiah's very own words. So we know how it feels to be wronged and right-ruling not be served. We feel that it is time that these assembly leaders or members or those who teach false doctrines be held accountable for their works. However, in doing this we must follow the guidelines in the Scriptures.
A. 2 Timothy 4:14-15 -- 14 Alexander the coppersmith did many evils to me. The Master shall repay him according to his works. 15 You, too, beware of him, for he strongly opposed our words.
3 Yahuchanon 9,10 -- 9 I wrote to the assembly, but Diotrephes, who loves to be the first among them, does not receive us. 10 So if I come, I shall call to mind his works which he does, babbling against us with wicked words. And not satisfied with that, he himself does not receive the brothers, and forbids those who want to, putting them out of the assembly.
Q. Why do this?
A. Ya'aqob 5:19-20 -- 19 Brothers, if anyone among you goes astray from the truth, and someone turns him back, 20 let him know that he who turns a sinner from the straying of his way shall save a life from death and cover a great number of sins.
Galatians 6:1 -- Brothers, if a man is overtaken in some trespass, you the spiritual ones, set such a one straight in a spirit of meekness, looking at yourself lest you be tried too.
First thing's first: And if your brother sins against you, go and reprove him, between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother.
According to Messiah's words, this is the first thing that must be done. We would hope that things would be resolved at this point. But, sometimes, for lack of humility, pride, or even stubbornness you might need to continue.Step Two: “But if he does not hear, take with you one or two more, that ‘by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word might be established.’
This was a direct quote from Debarim 19:15 in which it says: “One witness does not rise up against a man concerning any crookedness or any sin that he commits. At the mouth of two witnesses or at the mouth of three witnesses a matter is established." At this point as the Scripture says, the matter is established. Here again, we hope that the issue would be resolved at this point.Step Three: “And if he refuses to hear them, say it to the assembly. And if he refuses even to hear the assembly, let him be to you like a gentile and a tax collector."
At this point, if you're dealing with the leadership and they have not repented of the wrong doing, more than likely you are not going to get the opportunity to stand in front of the assembly to state your case. So we must understand that the assembly is not just the place where you attend services.Step Four: Debarim 19:16-20 When a malicious witness rises up against any man to accuse him of turning aside, 17 then both men who have the dispute shall stand before Yahuah, before the priests and the judges who serve in those days. 18 “And the judges shall diligently search and see if the witness is a false witness, who has falsely accused his brother, 19 then you shall do to him as he thought to have done to his brother. Thus you shall purge the evil from your midst. 20 “And let the rest hear and fear, and never again do this evil matter in your midst.ejkklhsiva Ekklesia (ek-klay-see'-ah); Word Origin: Greek, Noun Feminine, Strong #: 1577

Q. Who are the judges?
A. 1 Corinthians 5:6 - 6:6: -- 10 And I certainly did not mean with those of this world who whore, or with the greedy of gain, or swindlers, or idolaters, since then you would need to go out of the world. 11 But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone called ‘a brother,’ if he is one who whores, or greedy of gain, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or a swindler – not even to eat with such a one. 12 For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Do you not judge those who are inside? 13 But Elohim judges those who are outside. And put away the wicked one from among you! 6:1 Should any of you, holding a matter against another, go to be judged before the unrighteous, and not before the set-apart ones? 2 Do you not know that the set-apart ones shall judge the world? And if the world is judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters? 3 Do you not know that we shall judge messengers? How much more, matters of this life? 4 If then you truly have judgments of this life, do you appoint them as judges who are least esteemed by the assembly? 5 I say this to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise one among you, not even one, who shall be able to judge between his brothers? 6 But brother against brother goes to be judged and that before unbelievers!
Q. How do you judge?
A.2 Dibre haYamim 19:6-7 -- 6 and said to the judges, “Watch what you are doing, for you do not judge for man, but for Yahuah who is with you in the matter of right-ruling. 7 “And now, let the fear of Yahuah be upon you. Guard and do it, for there is no unrighteousness with Yahuah our Elohim, nor partiality, nor taking of bribes.”
Debarim 16:18-20 -- Appoint judges and officers within all your gates, which Yahuah your Elohim is giving you, according to your tribes. And they shall judge the people with righteous right-ruling. 19 “Do not distort right-ruling. Do not show partiality, nor take a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and twists the words of the righteous. 20 “Follow righteousness, righteousness alone, so that you live and inherit the land which Yahuah your Elohim is giving you.
Example: Shemoth 18:17-23 -- 17 And the father-in-law of Mosheh said to him, “What you are doing is not tov. 18 “Both you and these people with you shall certainly wear yourselves out. For the matter is too heavy for you. You are not able to do it by yourself. 19 “Now listen to my voice. Let me counsel you and Elohim be with you: Stand before Elohim for the people, and you shall bring the matters to Elohim. 20 “And you shall enlighten them concerning the laws and the Torot, and show them the way in which they should walk and the work which they do. 21 “But you yourself, seek out from all the people able men, who fear Elohim, men of truth, hating unfair gain. And place these over them to be rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens. 22 “And they shall rightly rule the people at all times. And it shall be that they bring every great matter to you, but they themselves rightly rule every small matter. So, make it lighter for yourself, for they shall bear with you. 23 “If you do this word, and Elohim shall command you, then you shall be able to stand and all this people also go to their place in peace.
At this point the Letter of Accusation will be posted to the Wolf Watch, where it is said to the Assembly. They, if led, can then comment on or question the Letter of Accusation, leave comments or questions for the accused, or witness for or against the Letter of Accusation; all of which will be posted. With all taken into consideration, a Letter of Inquiry will be sent to the individual(s) in question so that they may have an opportunity to refute or acknowledge the charges.
Debarim 1:16-17 --“And I commanded your judges at that time, saying, ‘When hearing between your brothers, judge righteously between a man and his brother or the stranger who is with him. 17 ‘Do not show partiality in right-ruling, hear the small as well as the great. Do not be afraid of anyone’s face, for the right-ruling belongs to Elohim. And the case which is too hard for you, bring it to me, and I shall hear it.’
Wayyiqra 19:15 -- ‘Do no unrighteousness in right-ruling. Do not be partial to the poor or kindness the face of the great, but rightly rule your neighbor in righteousness.
Ya'aqob 2:9-10 -- but if you show partiality, you commit sin, being found guilty by the Torah as transgressors. 10 For whoever shall guard all the Torah, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all"
We must be very diligent in assessing the matter from both sides. In all fairness the accused must have the right to defend themselves. We must take heed to Mishle 18:17 -- "the first to state his own case, seems right until another comes and examines him." I think also we must take also into reminder Sha'ul's account in Acts 25 and 26.Acts 25:1 - 26:3
Upon return of the accused's acknowledgment or refute, this then will be posted. If there is an acknowledgment of the wrong done to their neighbor and a sincere repentance to the one wronged, we will praise Yahuah, HalleluYah! If a refute is made, then the Assembly may comment to render a decision on the proper course of action to take against this individual(s), these also will be posted. After consideration of the comments by all the Assembly, we will then post a list of possible judgments, a vote taken, judgment shall be rendered. We will then send a Letter of Judgment to the assembly where the accused attends, encouraging them to follow the judgment rendered. We must take into consideration the severity of the wrong done and an equitable judgment.Ezra 7:25-27 --And you, Ezra, according to the wisdom of your Elah that is in your hand, appoint magistrates and judges to judge all the people who are beyond the River, all such as know the laws of your Elah. And teach those who do not know them. 26 And whoever does not do the law of your Elah and the law of the sovereign, let judgment be promptly executed on him, whether it be death, or banishment, or confiscation of goods, or imprisonment. 27 Blessed be Yahuah Elohim of our fathers, who has put this in the sovereign’s heart, to embellish the House of Yahuah which is in Yerushalayim,
If after this they still show an unrepentant heart one of two things may occur, depending on the severity of their wrongdoing. If minor they will be put on "Wolf Watch" status. If their wrongdoing is severe, it might be deemed necessary to put them on "Wolf" status. This also will be voted on. We would expect that all persons involved in this process would commit all these things to prayer and if led by the Set-apart Spirit to intercede prayerfully for either or both, parties. We must take Messiah's words into account:MattithYahu 7:1-5 -- Do not judge, lest you be judged. 2 “For with what judgment you judge, you shall be judged. And with the same measure you use, it shall be measured to you. 3 “And why do you look at the splinter in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the plank in your own eye? 4 “Or how is it that you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove the splinter out of your eye,’ and see, a plank is in your own eye? 5 “Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you shall see clearly to remove the splinter out of your brother’s eye.
We might find ourselves in a position where we are unable to judge in the matter, due to the fact that we discover we have a plank in our own eye. Through this process, we hope that these planks may be revealed and removed in our own lives to the esteem of Yahusha.
